Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Très beau nez frais et élégant s’accompagnant d’une note angélique, de freesia et de fleurs blanches. Surtout connu pour l’expression du sylvaner, ce cru démontre ici son aptitude à faire s’épanouir le riesling. Le terroir prend le pas sur le cépage, sans qu’on s’en plaigne : citron confit et notes d’agrumes. Gourmand, fin et délicat.
