Il ne peut renier son cépage. Beaucoup d’élégance, frais, une jolie longueur minérale. Finale presque lavande. Concentration aromatique qui débouche sur du citron confit. Le style de riesling très frais, qu’on aimerait boire sur un sandre riesling.
