Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Nez de fruits rouges bien expressif. Un peu fondu avec notes d’eucalyptus et de menthol. C’est bon. Une bouche fraîche, élégante, facile, un vin qui se tient bien, on a une jolie chair en finale, sur la cerise. On peut le voir avec un plat de la gastronomie alsacienne : chevreuil et spaetzles. Léger boisé en finale mais bien maitrisé donc propre net et précis.
