Jolie robe rubis clair, brillante. Nez discret et agréable, presque velouté, aux arômes de crème de cassis et de gelée de groseille. Fins arômes grillés. La bouche est souple et gourmande, juteuse sans excès et agréable à boire. Notes de mûres, un brin poivré. Petits tanins fins en fin de bouche. Un Saint-Emilion facile d’accès qui accompagnera une belle volaille fermière et champignons des bois.
