Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe rubis soutenue à la grande brillance. Grand nez fin et élégant, mélange de fruits noirs, de cerise à l’alcool, aux petites notes grillées. La bouche allie le moelleux du Merlot bien mûr aux notes sauvages du Cabernet. Ce vin nous laisse une sensation de jus de viande corsé en fin de bouche et nous donne envie de passer à table avec un civet de lièvre.
