Robe grenat sombre pourpre. Très beau nez de fruits noirs, cassis, myrtille, cerise noire, poivre et épices douces. Bouche grasse et ample de raisin à maturité. Chair rôtie et veloutée très généreuse. Notes de cuir et de tabac. Finale suave. Servir vers 16° sur un canard à l'orange.
