Robe engageante. Nez mêlant la pâte d’amande et la violette. Très agréable. La bouche est franche, équilibrée apportant fraicheur et vivacité. Un vin étonnant qui allie un versant sec et une rondeur appréciable. Belle longueur. Une réussite qui mérite d’être suivie. A associer avec une cuisine exotique voire asiatique. Des huitres pourraient aussi lui convenir.
