Robe « crème de cassis » noir d’encre. Nez sur les fruits noirs (cassis surtout). Belle attaque avec des arômes de cassis. La bouche est soyeuse, plaisante. Cependant la finale libère une touche vanillée surprenante. Un vin attirant qui séduit et sera un compagnon idéal pour un poulet basquaise.
