Après une légère aération s’épanouissent les fruits confits, la cerise confite, l’ananas. Bouche fine, fraîche, élégante, assez facile, maintenue par un semblant de boisé. Vin agréable et fin. Pourquoi pas sur des huîtres chaudes?
