Robe intense: reflets noirs et garance. Nez très séduisant, complexe : petits fruits noirs (cassis surtout), truffe. Finale légèrement grillée. Un vin mûr qui développe une palette en harmonie avec le nez : cassis surtout. Un côté poivré qui s’achève par une impression de réglisse. Pourquoi pas avec une tarte au chocolat. Belle découverte.
