Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Jolie robe rouge grenat assez soutenue et aux reflets bruns. Nez mûr, riche et évolué sur les fruits cuits, le pruneau, la confiture de figues, avec un brin d’humus. La bouche est souple, fondue, agréable, d’un vin généreux, tout en rondeur. Notes de noyau en finale. Il accompagnera parfaitement des aubergines alla parmigiana.
