Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Robe légère. Le nez joue le registre des fruits : framboise, mûre, cerise. La bouche en revanche ne suit pas cette ligne fruitée. Le fenouil, la menthe poivrée sont présents et apportent une touche d’originalité. Facile à apprécier, il se montre franc… Tout simplement. A déguster avec un filet mignon de cochon.
