Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe brillante assez soutenue bordée de grenat. Bouquet très fruité aux senteurs mêlant fruits rouges et arômes floraux. Chair souple, légère et friande, un peu d’épices, de pivoine et de réglisse donnent à ce vin un côté gourmand. Tout est harmonieux et de petits tanins fins en fin de bouche accentuent la buvabilité. Servir vers 16° sur une brochette de porc ou chorizo.
