Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe jaune pâle aux reflets or verts scintillants. Nez d’un chardonnay bien mûr aux notes de coing, de citron confit et de bergamote. La bouche est d’une étonnante fraîcheur sans négliger la richesse du fruit. Finale salivante d’une belle ampleur. Servir vers 12° dès l’apéritif et sur des verrines avocat-saumon.
