Belle robe jaune pâle brillante aux légers reflets or vert. Nez élégant et aromatique centré sur le floral et la minéralité teintée d’une pointe d’exotisme. Bouche tonique, un peu iodée avec une touche d’abricot. Servir vers 12° dès l’apéritif et sur une quiche courgette-ricotta.
