Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe jaune pâle aux subtils reflets cuivrés. Nez très fin, vineux, aux délicats arômes de pêche et de litchi. Belle bouche vineuse, à la bulle bien marquée. Notes de pâte de coing, de Chamallow, avec un soupçon de fleur d’oranger. Finale très fine en dentelle sur le cassis. Servir vers 8° sur des sushis, des Saint-Jacques snackées.
