Robe profonde d’un rouge rubis. Nez complexe en deux temps : myrtille, cassis d’abord, puis une finale légèrement poivrée. La bouche est épicée, tendue, longue. Le fruit est bien présent apportant un réel croquant. A marier à une volaille grillée. Nous suggérons une association avec antipasti. ! Belle découverte !
