Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe pourpre soutenue. Nez puissant, un peu animal nous évoquant les sous-bois. A l’aération notes persistantes de champignons, cèpes. En bouche c’est du velours, un élevage maitrisé enrobe ce côté sauvage, nous fait saliver, notre langue va chercher la matière puis enrobe le palais. Notes de moka fumé, d’épices douces. Vin très plaisant. Servir vers 16° sur un axoa de veau.
