Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe grenat soutenue aux petits reflets bruns. Nez puissant, réglissé, fumé, chocolaté. En bouche, l’élevage marque un peu la complexité aromatique avec ces notes poivrées, de cassis, de champignons. Nous sommes dans l’opulence. Servir vers 16° sur des joues de porc confites, olives.
