Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe grenat soutenu. Nez riche et flatteur sur des arômes fumés, un peu sucrés, chocolatés, évoluant sur le café. En bouche, belle structure enrobée dans ces notes gourmandes et fruitées façon confiture de vieux garçons (fruits rouges très mûrs). En finale petites notes acidulées et champignons. Servir vers 16° sur des oignons rouges farcis au chorizo.
