Belle robe jaune paille claire et brillante. Nez très expressif et gourmand, assez bluffant sur des arômes de nougat, de coing, de biscuit. Le tout emporté par un bouquet de fleurs blanches. La bouche est franche, vive, avec une pointe de minéralité, d’herbe fraîche. Belle découverte qui accompagnera parfaitement des antipastis.
