Dans le verre on se laisse charmer par sa très jolie robe rouge sombre. Le nez est friand, avec un bouquet de framboise, de fraises, une touche d’épices et de réglisse. La bouche est fraîche, élégante, nette, droite et dévoile des beaux amers en finale. Un vin à déguster sur un risotto aux cèpes fait maison.
