Belle robe rouge pourpre soutenue aux reflets violacés. Nez encore un peu discret qui s’ouvre sur des arômes de fruits cuits, de cuir et de grué cacao. La bouche attaque sur la structure puis elle se fond dans des notes de prunes, de poivre noir. La chair reste bien présente avec une bonne densité. Finale harmonieuse. Servir sans se presser sur un osso-buco !
