Magnifique robe ambrée façon vieux cognac. Nez élégant et complexe mêlant le miel, la pâte de coing, les fruits secs. La bouche est splendide car elle garde sa fraîcheur indispensable pour apprécier ce type de vin. C’est un savant mélange de noisettes torréfiées, de nougat, de tarte tatin, de caramel au beurre salé. C’est très très long en bouche. A déguster tranquillement au coin du feu !
