Belle robe pourpre soutenue. Nez très sauvage qui nous emmène au royaume du végétal avec ces arômes de feuilles de cassis, de framboise. La bouche ne nous change pas d’univers avec sa grande trame minérale surprenante dans un vin rouge. Les tanins sont bien présents. Finale sur le moka façon grain de café. Servir sur une picatta de veau.
