Belle robe grenat très soutenu. Nez expressif centré sur l’élevage avec des notes vanillées et boisées. A l’aération se faufilent des arômes de tabac et de clou de girofle. La bouche demande à se fondre un peu. Des notes de réglisse et de cuir complètent la dégustation. Finale encore un peu asséchante. Déguster sans se presser sur une viande mijotée avec des olives.
