Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
La robe jaune pâle et le discret cordon de fines bulles attirent le regard. Le nez d’infusion aux arômes de gentiane et verveine est accompagné d’une touche de boisé et de notes de mirabelles tièdes. On retrouve les mêmes parfums qui donnent une bouche ronde et élégante, sur la gourmandise. La tarte aux quetsches promet d’être un accord très agréable. Un bon Champagne !
