Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe d’un rouge grenat soutenu. Nez sauvage évoquant le laurier, avec une pointe d’humus. La bouche structurée nous livre quelques notes truffées. La myrtille et le poivre terminent notre dégustation. Servir vers 15° sur de solides plats du terroir.
