Belle robe rose orangé soutenu. Nez puissant évoquant l’humus frais et la mandarine. En bouche la chair est tonique avec beaucoup de bulles. Des notes de cuir se mêlent à la rose. Finale un peu fumée. Un champagne rosé construit pour une entrée alliant fruits et poisson.
