Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Jolie robe rouge pourpre assez soutenue aux reflets violacés. Nez élégant très typique du Gamay avec ses notes de framboises. Il nous manque un peu de maturité avec des notes végétales. La bouche est tendue. Ce vin demande un peu d’aération pour livrer son fruit. Servir sur des cochonnailles.
