Belle robe jaune or assez soutenu très brillant. Nez riche et toasté d’un chardonnay bien élevé. Longs effluves agrumés et notes beurrées. Ample bouche, grasse, généreuse et opulente dotée d’une tension habituelle chez les Gondard. Equilibre magistral entre acidité noble et la rondeur, l’onctuosité. Elégante rétro toastée, notes de citron confit. Grand vin ! Grand plat ! Le homard dans tous ses états !
