Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe violine, brillante. Le nez affiche d’emblée la gourmandise et la fraîcheur. La chair, très plaisante, sans complexe, révèle le fruit. La finale se resserre un peu sur sa trame avec une grande sensation d’acidulé. Servir vers 16° sur une belle volaille fermière.
