Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune pâle, brillante, aux reflets verts. C’est un nez vineux au bouquet de fruits blancs et d’herbe fraîche avec une pointe de mie de pain. En bouche ce qui séduit c’est son côté grillé avec une chair vineuse et de petites bulles croquantes. Finale un peu iodée. Servir vers 8° sur des fruits de mer.
