Note viandées de prime abord qui laissent la place aux senteurs de fruits et de lavande. Puis un éclat de fleurs comme l’iris apparaît. On aime la chair de cerise bigarreau, la rondeur. Une touche acidulée parfaite pour une viande en sauce.
