Belle robe rouge violacée assez soutenue. Nez gourmand sur le cassis écrasé, l’After-Eight. La bouche est gourmande, menthol et groseille. C’est une Syrah moderne et fraîche qui accompagnera une aiguillette de canard aux olives.
