Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe jaune pâle teintée de reflets or façon lingots. Nez envoûtant mêlant le zeste de citron confit, la bergamote et l’herbe fraîche. Les bulles très fines nous livrent une chair délicate comme un nuage en bouche. Des notes grillées, de pêches blanches se mêlent à la brioche et au biscuit mais tout en nuances, sans excès. Belle finale, longue et excitante. Servir vers 8° sur un homard.
