Belle robe jaune pâle aux petits reflets or brillants. Nez très mûr et riche de brioche, de beurre, de miel. En bouche la chair est fine, sapide et distille d’élégants parfums de fruits, d’amandes délicatement grillées. Bulles fines et discrètes. Finale assez vineuse. Servir vers 8° sur un poisson.
