Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe rouge pourpre assez soutenue aux reflets violacés. Superbe attaque gourmande au nez. Notes de raisin écrasé, de poivre. La bouche entretient cette sensation avec un pur jus croquant. Saveurs de cerise burlat, de rose. Des petits tanins fins terminent la dégustation. Servir à 14° sur une belle pintade de la Drôme et son gratin dauphinois.
