Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe jaune clair aux reflets or, très brillante, à la bulle fine. Nez intense mêlant les fruits blancs mûrs, les agrumes et le miel. Un champagne qui dès le nez donne envie de boire. La bouche est crémeuse avec une bonne attaque franche sur le cédrat puis évoluant sur la brioche, le grillé, la fleur d’oranger. Finale très gourmande et agréable. Servir dès l’apéritif.
