Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Jolie robe jaune, brillante, très claire, aux reflets verts. Nez élégant, encore un peu discret évoquant les agrumes et la pierre humide. La bouche est rafraîchissante, efficace et désaltérante. Jolies notes gourmandes et minéralité très présente. Un Pouilly de Soif ! Servir dès l’apéritif sur des coquillages.
