Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe jaune clair, très brillante, aux reflets verts. Ce nez très flatteur sur des notes de buis, de fougères et d’une pointe d’exotisme nous incite à la dégustation. La bouche nous excite les papilles. Très belle expression du Sauvignon. Notes minérales très caractéristiques. Joli fruit gourmand avec une pointe de gras. Jolie découverte dans cette appellation. Servir vers 12° sur un carpaccio de dorade aux agrumes.
