Un réel moment de plaisir à humer les fruits noirs. La touche d’évolution se transforme en une pointe balsamique du meilleur effet. L’oxygénation permet aux fruits rouges de s’exprimer. On déguste le croquant des fruits puis les tanins font leur place. Finale gourmande.
