De très fines bulles qui accompagnent un joli nez très agréable, de fruits blancs, d’infusion contenant du thym, du citron et de la mirabelle, une touche épicée. La bouche fraîche est soutenue par la puissance du millésime. La structure finale affiche des arômes de fruits secs, de noisettes grillées. Un vin fin et délicat qui va crescendo et qui évolue au fur et à mesure de l’aération.
