On s’attarde sur les charmantes senteurs de réglisse et fruits noirs (cassis, myrtilles). La bouche pourrait sembler en retrait pourtant subtilité et finesse lui donnent son élégance. La pointe d’acidité en fait un compagnon idéal pour beaucoup de plats.
