Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe rose très pâle aux petits reflets saumonés. Le nez est assez discret et a besoin d’aération. Enfin arrivent des notes un peu noyau, amande, bonbon anglais. Il n’est pas exubérant mais assez flatteur. La bouche se la joue discrète avec un peu de gras, acidulée, pointe de fraise. Finale désaltérante. Il fera un joli accord sur un gaspacho de tomates pas trop épicé.
