Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe très pâle et très brillante. Nez fin, très rafraîchissant avec une pointe d’agrumes et de pêche blanche. La bouche est facile, désaltérante. Je dirais efficace car sur un rosé nous cherchons également le côté désaltérant. Jolies pointes acidulées. Il commencera votre apéritif et pourra glisser jusqu’à vos grillades de poissons. Servir assez frais (10°)
