Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle robe soutenue aux reflets rubis. Le nez s’ouvre sur des notes évoluées de sous-bois, de fruits cuits, de grillé presque fumé. La bouche est affirmée mais il reste un boisé important. Notes un peu giboyeuses, cuir. Il y a tout de même une complexité. Servir chambré sur un perdreau au chou ou civet de chevreuil.
