Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations

Belle robe framboise brillante assez soutenue. Nez très expressif sur des fruits acidulés, la cerise, avec un côté terroir, un peu minéral. Première impression gourmande et juteuse en bouche, puis une belle matière. Nous retrouvons cette sensation de terroir puis d’épices, un peu de poivre doux. C’est très élégant et généreux. Compagnon idéal d’un beau feuilleté « volaille-champignons ».
