Tasting note of 1001 Dégustations
Belle couleur pourpre légèrement soutenue. Le nez est assez complexe. Nous sentons un vin qui commence à s’épanouir avec des notes un peu cuir, fruit mûr, sous-bois. La bouche est encore un peu asséchante, notes de petit gibier, fumé, c’est presque lardé. Ce vin est charpenté et a une belle longueur en bouche. Il sera le compagnon parfait d’un bon pot-au-feu d’hiver.
