Voici de la « belle ouvrage » habillée d’or. Un manège de parfums qui évolue sans cesse: café torréfié, gentiane, ananas rôti, pointe de caramel, vanille, fruits et épices. Sucre résiduel très important mais bien enrobé, un vin de remarquable élégance.
